The Company reserves the right to request reasonable verification of age or identity where necessary.

  • you are legally authorised to create the account;
  • you will promptly update your information whenever there is a change; and
  • you will use the Platform only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

The Company reserves the right to verify the information provided during registration and may request additional information where reasonably necessary.

  • create and manage one or more Child Profiles
  • purchase subscriptions and Additional Courses
  • approve eligible Store redemption requests
  • approve eligible Event registration requests
  • monitor learning progress and achievements
  • manage account settings and communication preferences, and

  • comply with applicable laws, or
  • resolve account-related disputes.

Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable period may result in restricted access to certain features or suspension of the account until verification is completed.

The Parent or Legal Guardian acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for all activities performed through the Parent Account and every Child Profile linked to that account, including:

  • purchases
  • Subscriptions,
  • Event registrations,
  • Store redemption approvals,
  • uploaded content,
  • communications,
  • and any other activity carried out using the linked profiles

  • there has been an attempt to manipulate assessments, rewards, Wallet Points, event participation, or any other feature of the Platform
  • the security or integrity of the Platform may be compromised, or
  • such action is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, or the lawful direction of a competent authority.

Where appropriate, the Company may provide an opportunity to rectify the issue before taking permanent action. However, nothing in this clause obligates the Company to provide prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or the Company's legitimate interests.

3.9Closure of Parent Accounts

A Parent or Legal Guardian may request the closure of their Parent Account by contacting the Company's support team through the contact details published on the Platform.

Closure of a Parent Account may result in the loss of access to associated Platform features, including linked Child Profiles, subscriptions, learning records, Wallet Points, Store access, event registrations, and other services, subject to the Company's data retention obligations and applicable laws.

The Company may require verification of the request before processing account closure.

3.10Deletion of Child Profiles

Parents may request the deletion of a Child Profile where permitted by applicable law and the Company's policies.

Before processing such a request, the Company may require reasonable verification of the identity and authority of the requesting Parent or Legal Guardian.

Certain records may continue to be retained where necessary to:

  • comply with applicable laws;
  • maintain financial or tax records;
  • resolve disputes;
  • prevent fraud;
  • enforce these Terms; or
  • protect the Company's legitimate business interests.
3.11Data Retention Following Account Closure

Closure or termination of an account does not automatically require the immediate deletion of all associated data.

The Company may retain certain information for the period required under applicable law or for legitimate business purposes, including but not limited to audit requirements, financial record keeping, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security investigations, and enforcement of these Terms.

The collection, use, retention, and deletion of personal information shall remain subject to the Company's Privacy Policy.
